Our Jar Offering for November
This offering will go to the Salvation Army of Anderson. The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible; its ministry is motivated by the love of God; and its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name.
The Peace and Global Witness Offering
This offering will be received Sunday, November 3. This offering is used to promote peace in places where that does not prevail; 25% of this offering will be given to Presbyterian Disaster Assistance specifically for Hurricane Helene relief efforts.
Our 2-Cents-a-Meal Offering for the 4th Quarter
This offering will go to Presbytery’s Cents Ability. Cents-Ability is one way that families, congregations, and presbyteries can support the battle against hunger and poverty. Every member is invited to contribute a few cents at every meal. Funds are then used to support local hunger ministries, including South Main Street Chapel & Mercy Center in Anderson and Faith Presbyterian Church’s food Bank in Williamston, as well as national and international projects through the Presbyterian Hunger Program.
