Search Committee Announcement!

The Search Committee is pleased to announce that Midway has called Elizabeth Jones, Commissioned Ruling Elder (CRE) to serve as Stated Supply, effective April 1st. Elizabeth has served as Stated Supply at Flat Rock Presbyterian Church since 2019; Elizabeth also moderates the Session meetings for Salem Presbyterian Church and serves on several committees at the Presbytery level.

She has graciously offered to serve with Peggy at our Ash Wednesday noon-time service, so if you would like an opportunity to meet her, join us there on March 5th to welcome her to our Midway family.

Great thanks are extended to the Search Committee members: Donetta Dodwell, Roz Rozakos, Terry Waddell, Keith Wentzky, and Linda Mylod as Chair, for their time and dedication in seeking new pastoral leadership and for keeping the pulpit supplied during this quarter-year time of transition. Great thanks also to Rev. Peggy Swann for her continued support of the committee and for her care and assistance to all of us during this time of change at Midway.
